To enjoy your shirts, hoodie and zipped hoodies for a long time you have to wash it inside out, at MAX. 40 degrees ceclius. Better is 30 degrees celcius.

I haven't received a confirmation email?

Please check your spam folder since the confirmation email might be mistaken as junk mail and end up in there. Can’t find your spam folder? Try logging into your email using a web browser.

The order confirmation should be sent right away, but it can happen that there is a delay. If you have not received anything after 24 hours, please contact us via +31638661919 or info@rave-wear.nl so we can check that everything is fine with your order.

What is the status of my order?

After an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with information on how to track your package. If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation yet, your package has probably not been shipped yet. Rave Wear will do everything we can to ship your items to you as soon as possible.

My online order hasn't arrived what can i do?

Check your delivery status on the tracking website Postnl or DHL parcel. If you haven’t received your order the day after your purchase, there may be a delay in the PostNL/ DHL service. As much as we are trying to get your purchase to you as soon as possible, this is not in our control.

Did you check the delivery status and something appears to be going wrong with your order? Please contact us by filling in the contact form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Holiday Season

We will keep on working during the holiday season to deliver your order asap. But during 22 dec 2023 and 2 jan 2024 our suppliers enjoy there holiday. Unless your order is on stock there will be a delay in shipping. We aspect we can deliver normaly from the 4th of januari 2024

What is the return policy?

Products can be returned within 14 days of the day the order was received, provided the products are unused and shipped in the original packaging. Do you live outside the EU? Send an email to info@rave-wear.nl or send a WhatsApp message at +31638661919 and we will look for an appropriate solution together.

I have received the wrong product. Now what?

We are sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact us via WhatsApp or info@rave-wear.nl and we’ll help you with the return and/or refund process. To speed up the process, it is very helpful if you include your order number and the (wrong) product you received.
